I no matter how much I get hurt and bashed around playing derby I have never really had those really great derby bruises that so many girls show off with pride.
I don't bruise well
but I burn really well.

this actually quiet common in derby and known as Fishnet burn.
it just comes from falling and sliding a long the concrete obviously while wearing fishnets.
