Seriously though, I don't think I have any good suggestions D: I would probably just go for your real name since it's easy to remember/put on your business cards/whatever, you might not be the only Stephanie Gurgel but you're probably the only one in that area! You could go for like stephgurgel.com or something to make it shorter?
A vast majority of professional websites I've seen from people use their real name in the address because they want people to remember their name. But, if the name was super common like Jane Smith, I noticed that those people tend to use site names that differ from their real names.
For me personally, I like options 1 and 4 that you listed.
