Nothing exciting to write about. Life has been school, and deadlines, and stress. As usual. But on the plus side, one of my deadlines was pushed back by a week. This is a very good thing; now I no longer have two papers due back to back. Another good thing - my insomnia thing finally seems to be gone... I actually got a solid 8 hours of sleep last ( Read more... )

What the heck are you talking about? I don't remember that. At all. No seriously I don't... I remember the glasses breaking, but I'm pretty sure I was clothed...

When you surprised Rachel, or at least attempted to until Amber blew it.

And countless parties, as well. =)

That Bok article was fab. Thanks for the reference. Also, well-done with the Pap-conversation (couldn't help the pun); I always tried to ask an intelligent question of guest speakers while in graduate school. It could be harrowing (especially British speakers, who tended to be a lot more cranky as a style), but it shows your professors that you've got your shit tight.

Memory:

Buying a "courtesy round" of three shots, vodka-tequila-bourbon, for you, Justin, and JP. Upon the bourbon's disappearance, you looked at me with shiny eyes and uneasy balance and said "uh, I'm not convinced that was a good idea." Having similarly been under-convinced of the same idea, even though it was my idea, this seemed not only an astute observation, but pretty fucking funny.

Although we lost JP to the Cambridge House bathroom for a bit, and Jillian refused to go along (was Kelley in on this?), I think all involved would agree that the "three shades of doom" shot sequence was memorable. If only at that moment, for the night.

was this the night we "moved furniture"? i am not sure that anything less than a triple-threat would have led me to move furniture as vigorously as i did that night (perhaps i am remembering a dirty dozen night?)

Great memory! If I remember right, there was a cigar involved too. It was the combination of nicotine buzz + the triple shot combo. But I still managed to keep everything down!

Wow.. where to start on this one... hummm....

1. Cupcake! (How the hell did that start anyway?)

2. Ryan: Trey! I'm drunk! I need another shot.

3. "I'm a hitman for the mob... Those poor chavez'"

Haha! I can't wait for summer, you're more fun when you're in town. LOL
