Lots of updates, Patrick has officially proposed, and we are planning 2 ceremonies, 1 the main one we will celebrate our anniversary on etc will be at Norwescon so all our friends and non-blood family can attend, and then the one later in the year no date set for the legalities that blood family wants to attend.. don't feel slighted if your not

Hey, great to hear from you. I got your call too. I had emailed you last month, never heard back, assumed you were super-busy. Congrats to you and Patrick, that is wonderful news. John and I are not sure which day we'll be attending Norwes since he's taking his daughters to Sakuracon too, but I will try to hit your party. If not, we'll do something small, just us three, to celebrate

Yeah ANdrew is on my friends list and I saw all that he went through, We are looking at an FHA loan from ALaskan credit union that Patrick banks through, they are good, and we are also doing extreme background checks on each property ourselves, last several buys, property assessment and looking at the current deed/loans holding the property. it's amazing what you find on the internet, we have full disclosure for every property including forclosures. not gonna be a problem.

as for getting together that would be great, I am wide open tomorrow, just let me know when and where, And I was asking to visit with you, not necessarily at your house, and no hot tub required, give a call, 425-686-2248 and we'll sort it out.

I'd love to get together tomorrow, here, there, anywhere. I'll check in with Andrew, see what's going on there. If you guys came to my place and Andrew showed up we could all visit. I don't think I'll be going to his place to clean this weekend. If you drop by here you can meet the Chaos Twins: Turkey and Abby. If you'd rather I pop up there that's fine too, I'd just need the address again. Anyway, I'll call tomorrow
