Oh man today was a long day. I had to work last night from 4-9 and then this morning from 8-2. No break last night... a 30 minute break today. I've lifted so much drywall, wood, doors, windows, cabinets, etc I've lost count. I can pick up hotwater heaters and giant air compressors by myself without flinching now. Its insane. My feet still hurt
