I like it. My only word of advice, though, would be to watch how many windows one has to go through to get to what they're looking for. Not everyone's home PC can handle a massive amount of windows opening. Otherwise I like it.
My 'target audience' is not home pc users. They are game manufacturers with high tech computers and t1 connections. This thing is very very small compared to flash. Their all indexed gifs and the whole site is no more than 1mb or so right now, which is extremely efficient.
I hate suggestionsgrizwaldstripFebruary 29 2004, 19:23:22 UTC
Being a webhed myself I generally hate suggestions about what I think is pretty stikin' good work. But every once-in-a-while someone does say something that make sense. So if you're that way, ignore the following:
I love the way your portfolio works. Excellent idea. When you put content in there, are you going to have some way for the viewer to know where the buttons are? I mean other than the mouse pointer changing? Like in the chambers of the hear & lungs, will each of those have some kind of rollover pic that shows a sample of what's coming when they click?
BTW, do you think its a good idea to post your home phone on the web?
