We're moving! Again! + Update
So, I apologize I haven't used this thing as often as I should. I have been busy following the steps in that icon, and it has taken me a while to remember that I have people who follow me here. What have I been doing? It's kind of a long story.
So, since December, I've been looking at things and deciding what it was I've wanted to do with my life. I am stiill working on answering this question. What I have decided to do instead is head back to school, this time at Central Washington's campus in Lynnwood. I will be studying Business Administration Management & IT, for a BAS degree and possibly my Master's as well. For the moment, that's irrelevant to my interests because it's at least another two years off.
In the meantime, and after spending since April living with
mdlbear et al while we found some place else to live, we have been successful in this endeavor. "You had an event on Facebook I saw called We're Moving! Again. and now it's gone. What's with that?" Well, that's a bit complicated to explain. In truth, what happened initially when I created the event was that I set it to private and invited my friends. I didn't realize A would want to post and invite some of his friends also, so I created a couple public instances of it. I apparently caused a few glitches in the timeline because 3 instances of it appeared on my calendar. We discussed the likelyhood of friends volunteering, and received no replies after the first 24 hours. Once we'd made a few calls, we got the answer we needed and determined how to handle it, so today I cancelled the event. If you are still interested in the possibility of an After The Move party, please coordinate with me off-blog and we can work it out. PSA: The new place is NOT ADA friendly -- it's on the second floor. If you don't like stairs, I would advise you stay home because I don't want you to hurt yourself coming to visit us.
Remembered that I have this, and will try to post more often. I still IM, email, and mostly text these days. My phone still works, and I only games on teh FB now with the occasional IM and event.
