[This voice message is less voice and more... the sound of bells. Bells that are light and jingly, with perhaps just a little bit of an ominous tone underneath that. Anyone with magical backgrounds- the same as with for Tinker Bell- can understand the words, but for anyone else they'll just hear him talk in the bell sound. Vincent has no idea yet,
