what a fun story! I like the abrupt switch from slimy tentacles to bloody whiskers.. how fun! and .. just playing on a common fear, the cat.. and the monster.. I love this! *grins* maybe you don't need to get small stories published individually.. I want a whole book! "Chaotic musings and tales from other areas of the brain" or some such! you must collect all scraps and shorts and put them all in a nice paperback I can read, and then.. well.. shoot.. then.. I'll never sleep again!
