I wonder if that was before or after he peed all over the doctor right after leaving the womb, or after peeing on at least two other nurses in the next few hours after that.

They are trying to decide between Tristan Nicholas and Nicholas Paul for names. They are leaning toward Tristan because as massagediva stated "there are to many Nicholas's today." Either way they have to keep Nicholas in the name somwhere or the goblin princess would throw a fit.
