I don't know what it is with this world. One moment, it seems eerily serene and the next it unleashes havoc upon its inhabitants. At least things seem to be normal again but I hardly expect that to last very long

I suppose I'm just not interested in angering a deity. Maybe you should find something else to entertain yourself that doesn't involve frustrating someone who would more than likely take it out on all of us.

I agree. Even if I don't quite believe in them, sometimes one has to compromise their beliefs to explain what can't be explained.

I can't quite find a better explanation for it. It's one thing to bring people from so many different places and quite another to influence so many changes to their physiology.

I don't think the deity of this world has ever gotten mad at a single person for protests like that... The only time it ever grew angry was when that war occurred.

Still, I don't think that it's wise to do something so foolish. Even if they don't get angry they've already demonstrated that they can certainly cause us a great deal of annoyance.

"Playful" is hardly the word I'd use for it. It's more annoying than anything. Like a child with an unusually large toy box but we're the dolls. I don't quite appreciate either of us being toyed with.
