Work Frustrations

Ever work for your mental inferiors? That's what I'm doing right now. My new bosses since my promotion are nice guys, but the water is way over their heads and they are way out of their league. Trust my dad to have me assigned to the one job that does not have a single experienced manager onsite. I know that he trusts me to get them organized
