....a very astute observation, Deidara. If the girl truly does conspire against the snake, then it would indeed be advantageous of us to use this information wisely.

Killing her.....not now. First it would be wise to ascertain how her "master" views this new....twist of events.

However, you are correct in your assertion that our numbers dwindle in comparison to those of our enemies. But what of your pet? Is he to fight against his former master and side with you, or will you face him on the field of battle?

He does not remember Orochimaru, and Orochimaru knows not that he exists.

So..even if they DO find one another on this battlefield...will not the snake be fighting for our side?

Orochimaru did see Kimimaro and I at the festival last night. But he made no attempt to harm us.

I believe the snake is smart enough to pick his battles...
