I find LJ still a freer place to be myself than anywhere else - and employers never ask to see my LJ account.

I couldn't bring myself back for a long while because this became a place to pour out the poison, and it took forever to pass out of that feeling. I tried, but I think now that I've made notable change in my life, it's time to be back :)

No kidding. While I'm glad that I can keep up with people on a superficial level through facebook but I don't need my high school physics teacher reading about my feelings on anything except film, politics, and cuisine. I kind of made a stab at coming back to LJ but stumbled.
