Why is it that people always seem to avoid you when you show your serious side.  Or they dont take you seriously at all.  A real friend wouldnt avoid this.

i consider you a friend. It just sucks cause your one of the few people who i feel close to even though we dont ever get to hang out. Speaking of which, i have off on thursday and friday so im gonna try and stop up one of those days. k?

it makes me sad to hear you say that. I think you aren't giving enough credit to those around you. You do have friends. People care very deeply about you. I know your friends. John and Joe, for example. They are good people, and good friends. Either one would go the distance for you, and be there whenever you need them. I've known you for a very short period of time, but I think your pretty keen. I concider you a friend and would be there for you should you ever need me.

It often feels like we're more along then we actually are. Youd be surprised at how highly others view you, more often then not.

dont feel sad. It just feels like most people hang out with you to benefit themselves in some shape or form. That or they have other motives. And as soon as you show them a side of you thats not fun and happy they dont want to stick around. Im not saying all people are like this, but a majority of the population.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I have few close friends and a LOT of acquaintances, so I don't take what you're saying personally. It does take a while to discover who really likes you for who you are and not what you can do for them.

besides, not being friends means I still get to do assholish things, like wiping that snot on your car.
