Yeah I remember those, I remember those as Dumbwaiters, not Lazy waiters or what have you. So Susan is a stand in for servant. I wonder why they decided to change the name.

You need to work on discovering the universal law of Chinese traffic. I found in India that once I had discovered their universal law, I could sit back and enjoy the continuous flowing application of the law that powered everything despite the apparent chaos. No fear. In India the universal law is "If by any means possible you can get just slightly in front of the other guy, then you have right of way". An awesome law in practice - watching a guy in a cart cross 6-8 lanes of two way traffic to get across and succeeding by using the law - just awesome! And the cattle needed no special law - they just know the universal law so if they are sitting in the middle of the road then they are in front of you and have right of way

I'm not sure, apparently there are enough accidents, but the country isn't really wheelchair accessible. So I dunno, I think the law is, get there by any means possible. Not sure though, will study
