I haven't written in a while. I've just been super busy lately over the past few months. The house is still on the market for sale. Its been about a year now. I had a buyer but he basically backed out (either because of the inspection or because the process was taking way too long

Being black and all I don't really swim much, but I might change that in the future :-) (the swimming part).

Hopefully once I get time I can come visit more. I might even be available this week at some point for the day to hang out.

WELL the pool is only 3 feet deep at the shallow end, blueberry could rescue you if you start to drown =P

I'm pretty know that section of Edgewater - it sounds like the part I drive past to get to Archetypus!

Just out of curiousity - what *are* the specs on the house listing? I won't be looking to get a house for at least 18 months, and I dearly hope you'll have sold yours by then. But I'm curious.

Never heard of Archetypus so I checked it out online. That place looks pretty awesome! Definitely going to have to check it out soon.
