i had just completed running 2 miles when i decided to do some laundry. entering the basement i found it flooded and all of my stuff in the storage unit down there was soaking. apparently my landlord thought it would be a great idea to use a pressure washer on the walls and ceilings of the unit above the basement. needless to say about an entire ( Read more... )

do you have renter's insurance? i'm pretty sure it would cover something like this.

your asslord has insurance too that most likely covers something like this - i'd ask him/her about it. i hate asslords.

i don't think it ruined too much. just a bunch of my old college textbooks i never use and a vacuum cleaner. if it had gotten into my stereo equip then i would have been red hot pissed. i would've have turned mr. t on his ass.
