Why make one work and not the other?

Married twice...tried to make the first one work, but I can tell you that I didn't try very hard...maybe 6 months to a year...and the second one...I'm trying all to hell to make this one work...the last couple of things he pulled, I would of been out the door without a thought..but not with him....

So my question is...and it's probably rhetorical (

I think I need him to go back to work...my life would be less stressful. Although I enjoy him being at home, and I'm even admitting that it makes my life so much easier with him there, all I have to do is worry about getting to and from work, he has everything else (I used to have - lets see how much he likes it)but he is driving me crazy - and I think it would be good for him to go back but now i'm getting tons of excuses as if he went out to look for a job - they would hire him right on the spot....HE AINT ALL THAT!..

I think he should go back to work too. He is too oldschool to play housedad. Or - could he go back to school? Maybe get his GED at least so that he can get a job he wants?

I have been pushing for him to get his GED but I barely get a grunt with that one...
