So it would seem that there has been a rash of murders, and one can never know who will be next, hm? Once again, I offer the use of my facility to those who wish to learn how to better defend themselves.

Better still, I offer my knowledge to the police and to those whom wish to capture the murderer. I'm quite certain it will prove useful.

[ooc: Working on putting together a small 'police force' of his own to enforce contracts that people have agreed to. Pup wants people good at intimidation/stealth, Mun wants to just get him involved in something he'd be better off not in :P]
