Dressed in his usual outfit of shirt, tie, close-knit sweater and trousers. (He decided that it always seemed to suit him best, and it was a look that stayed in fashion constantly)
Donald smiles back at Mr Chaplin, and releases his hand from his. "This sure is a swell place you've got here, Mr Chaplin!", even though he was reaching almost 25 years of age this year, Donald's voice still had the tendency to break at the end of his setences, a habit which the movie producers decided to let him keep for his films to further his juvenille appearence.
He laughs. "Well, thank you... it's the first house I've ever actually owned. So, is something special indeed..." he looks back to Kono. "Get us both a soda, would you?" Kono bows, and exits to the dining room.
"So tell me, Donald, how is Hollywood treating you?"
"Hollywood!", he scoffs, raising his eyebrows comically. "It makes me want to go back to vaudeville sometimes, the way they treat me!", he says dramatically, then pauses, looking over at Mr Chaplin.
Donald smiles and takes Miss Pickfords hand in his. "You admire my work?", he chuckles a little. "Well double can be said back to you, Miss Pickford!", he grins impishly, his eyes twinkling.

"We were just discussing entertainment for this evening... I'm sure you've met Mary Pickford," he extends a look from Donald to Mary.
Kono is still standing nearby.
"Would you like a drink?"
