but i cant usually put them in words well

it reminded me of this CD i saw in a christian bookstore that you buy and give to people and its like a witnessing tool
but are we really that lazy that we cant take time to witness to people and build relationships with people, the fact that we have sunk to the level of using CD-ROMs instead of our actions and our love to show christ to people sickens me

i don't know you, but i definitely agree with what you said. i actually work at a christian book store, so having to look at half the stuff we're selling is quite sickening. whatever happened to the days of unbelievers believing that Christians were drunk because of the way they were preaching the Gospel? instead of that, we're using car magnets, bumper stickers, t-shirts, and cds in order to preach the gospel rather than our lifestyles and words. apathy and complacency racks our culture, which is hard to deal with, especially in my own life. this also applies to guys, allowing themselves to text message girls rather than talk to them, but that's a whole different story..

but what is that we lj'ers are doing to truely further the gospel of Jesus Christ. honestly we can look at all that is bad but what do we do to change it. i see good points but no resolution. where is the change. to me all of these observations are useless with out action.

yet sometimes in order to bring on a resolution and a change you must first realize what you need to erase and what you need to change.
i think people easily overlook simple things because we are a prideful people
