Life has been so busy lately that I've barely had time to go on the internet at all, let alone do any major updates! I loved this post!!! so great. i miss reading about all your adventures. I've noticed that I also take lots of photos of food, especially if it's beautiful.

Thank you very much! I like that photo, too, it reminds me so much of living in Edinburgh and days in the shadow of the castle. I will have to do a food photo post soon!

Oh, and PS - do you normally teach 6 days a week? How does that schedule work out for you? I'm thinking of heading to Korea and trying to wrap my head around all the logistics, including teaching schedules....
