OK, so, um, before I came to Japan, I thought these things were kind of lame. "What is the fun in this?", I thought.

And then I tried it.

And I realized how wrong I had been.

As I write this I feel like a total creep, but I think your journal is just great! My boyfriend and I live want to do a little teaching and traveling. I just got back from teaching in Hong Kong and want to try something different after taking a 4 month break in Australia. Japan sounds pretty great, what company did you go through to get the job? Did you take a TESL or TEFL course before you left. I don't have one, but I've got an Ed degree.
