Well.. i officially am going back home in a week now. tomorow will be my last Wednesday in Japan. its such an awkward feeling. Ive been packing like mad (and still getting nowhere- stuff just keeps popping up i swear @_@;!) and also trying to figure out a schedule to see everyone one last time (though im gonna be cramming several visits into one

You know.... as long as you've been gone..... It feels like.... you haven't really been gone. That could be becuase you've been posting in your livejournal....and it could be becuase... xD; I just really miss you and try not to... know that you're gone.... Or that i've been totally busy with stupid school.

Either way- I'm glad you'll be coming back and I hope you'll be SOMEWHAT....even if it's just a little... happy to be coming back. =)

actually... im allowed 2 big 70lbs suitcases for the plane and they each have a big box of manga in them with extra stuff squished around the sides. i have SO many mangas (and ive even returned like 50something to used book stores x.x) its just, the cheapest shipping is by slow boat and its costs like $110 for 30lbs -ish. and manga is sooooo not light and im broke. lol! aak so screwed! haha

and Japan Dennys is.. so not Dennys. instead of burgers, sandwitches and stuff its all squid noodles, ramen, rice, miso soup- all that super weird japanese foods. BUt luckily for me they got BLT (kinda.. lol)

So, I thought you would be a good pal for me XD I'm in Rotary district 7280 (NW PA) I was wondering how easy it was to get your first choice country? [Doesn't want to apply if she isn't going to go to Japan] Your help would be very appriciated ^__^

Cool... Thank you so much! I want to be an East Asian Languages Major, so... I hope that makes things so it's impossible to deny me. My Rotary club has never sent anyone before, but I'm not sure how many the district have sent.
One more question-- (I don't want to question you to death, I intend to read your journal as a help >_>) How much did it cost you total to go? Thanks ^^;;

about $5000+ just to go really. tickets, insurance, preperation, rotary trip/tours, etc. then more for when you are here (japan is VERY exspencive) but since im a poor bum i got a lot of funding from my home club and you get $100month allowence from sponser club.
