Hey, all
Real life kind of usurped everything the last month or so -- but we're working on getting the results for Round 21 put together. And Round 22 will follow at some point, ASAP (again.. real life taxed us all a bit)

20 icons are often too much for me. That was the reason why I failed to enter so far.
But 4 to 5 icons are okay for me. :o)

Also, the whole idea about character_draw is often really intimidating for me, because it's tough to make 20 icons of a character I didn't choose myself.
All of that would be easier if there were fewer icons required.
Feel free to ignore my input though, since I'm participating so rarely in the first place.

(I inherited the community by default and want to keep it going, but I have no real skill at running an icontest/20in20... so I'm winging it. :))

You're doing a good job!
I think the most important thing to remember about character_draw is that there needs to be some random element involved. This should apply to every challenge - no matter if it's 5 or 20 icons.
So if you set a "Western" theme, either let people choose five characters from a western movie, or let them choose 5 movies, and then randomize their choices. Or something.
Or maybe just give everyone the same list you create, and everyone gets one random assignment from that list. I can think of a lot of possibilities to make this work while staying within the unique aspect of character_draw.
