Nowadays whenever I'm down, I always think about how lucky I am to have clothes on my back and food on my table and that I'm not blind and/or deaf. You gotta appreciate the little things and the big things in life that we are given and sometimes take for granted. 1 2 3 4 GO!

Summer has been pretty exciting thus far. Lots of mayhem and mischief. In addition to dodge ball, there will now be a weekly ultimate frisby in Towson.
