Today was really eventful. Me and my mom were driving to the mall on the freeway when a construction truck full of power tools, wood, metal pipes, and glass raced from the on ramp onto the lane beside us. I was driving and I noticed that up flew a large metal pipe (about 5 feet long) with a small tire at each end into the air from the truck. It

Wow, I'm so happy both of you are ok. I see it all the time in NY.. it's ridiculous. Those truck drivers don't even secure whatever they have loaded in, good enough. It frustrates me. I can only imagine how scary that must have been. I'm just happy your mom and you made it around that pipe and no one was hurt. Did the truck driver know something fell off?

You're right, people do things without even knowing they're doing it or knowing it happened, that can ruin someones whole life... it's sad how negligent people are becoming.. I'm just happy you're ok.. I really hope no one got hurt. If the drive wasn't that far, if I were you, I'd just go back to see if they did pick up that pipe.

all those what ifs are definatley bad :( but i am just happy that you are ok! something like that happened to me a few days ago too, but i forgot what it was :S OH YEAH some old lady COMPLETELY cut me off, like if i hadn't hit the brakes right then she would have been all on my car :(

Maybe since the pipe was bouncing it was radioactive, so if it hit you you could've gotten metal bouncng powers!
