george is gonna stay with callie for the duration of the season out of guilt and izzie is gonna feel like maybe 'really old guy' was right which will distance the two for a while. then maybe during sweeps or at the end of the season he will demand a divorce and callie will leave the hospital making room for bailey to become chief. #3 has been making eyes at shepherd and george but probably will end dating shepherd (after all they did flirt at the bar). at the end, chris o'donnell and denny will come back as zombies to feast on the flesh of the new interns who will all explode when another bomb in a body rolls in with christina ricci's hand attached.
