I mean this literally. My apartment is frigging cold! I have to sleep in a sleeping bag to keep myself from turning into a human ice cube. This entry will be brief, because I have to go back to bed before my fingers go all numb ( Read more... )

Kitties are great help to keep one's feet warm. It's just that when they get bored they won't stay still. ^_^

Yup, that's why you have two cats, one for each foot. :) (What do Piki and Noki mean, out of curiosity?)

Heh, yub! ^^

Since my cats both have black fur, I named the other one "soot" (Noki) and the other one "pitch" (Piki). Noki is pudgy and very active. Piki is a bit smaller than his brother, more refined and careful.

*sneeze* Yeah, it really is friggin' cold. Yesterday we had to go buying groceries and literally froze our arses off. I doubt my poor fingers have yet recovered from the shock.

Not to mention that it's awfully slippery out there! One ought to wear a helmet to avoid injury.

Indeed. My sister almost orphaned a dog, a kitten and two rats today. She fell down the stairs to our appartment, since they were frozen over.
I barely got a hold of her before anything nasty got to happen.
Awwh...her kitten Maya is so cute. She keeps climbing up and down my shoulders and purrs like mad. I want to steal her. ^^
