Disappointed but determined

Since April I've been trying to get this one commissioner to send me my payment. The drawing I did for her was one of my very first commissions and I was foolish enough not to ask for the money in advance. I actually thought I could trust this person - how silly of me! I don't mind the fact that I've lost 30$. That's not a big amount of money. But

Sadly, I think her rude attitude is answer enough. :/ Are you still in regular contact with her then?

I've been sending her private messages in DA. I've told her that if she doesn't send me the money by 1st of November I will do whatever I can to make her pay otherwise.

She keeps moaning about her irl problems, but I am convinced that she is lying. She's not even a very good liar. When I told her that I would contact her parents (I have her street address), she first told me that her parents are dead and that she lives with her grandma. After that she blurted out that her parents hate artists. Uh... huh? So they're like, zombies now? @_@

I've been in contact with a couple of users in DA and one or two in FA who've had very bad experiences with her. Perhaps with the help of these people I might be able to write some sort of a petition to the DA staff and hopefully get her banned or something. Afterall, she is using her account to steal from people. I haven't yet mentioned about this idea in Artists_beware, but I guess that after a month I will.

I really hope that girl gets what's coming to her. I'd LOVE to see all the artists she's ripped off go at her for a chunk of cash that she owes them. I first heard about her when she ripped off one of my friends.

That's why artist_beware and taking half the payment before the image is a wonderful thing. Sorry you had to learn the hard way. -snuggles- I still looooooooooove ya though. I need to get my pencil in gear and do some gift art for you. >3

Who was this friend of yours, if you don't mind me asking? I could ask this person if she (he?) was interested in teaming up against the thief. So far I only know a couple of people who are not in good terms with her, but the more I know the more proof I have. In case I don't get my money I would love to spend some time trying to smoke her out from DA and other online establishments she might be involved in.

She has a list on her DA page of some of the people she currently owes money to. It's a total fraud, she hasn't made any progress paying these people... Some of the people haven't even drawn her a thing, others are so furious with her that they probably don't even want their money anymore.
