Parents will be parents no matter how old you are - I'm even older than you and whenever mom freaks if she doesn't know where I am and I tell her I'm a grown-up, she answer that I will always be her child.

Yeah, I know it can get annoying but at least you know they love you and care? (even if the way they show it might not be ideal).

Next time maybe write a sticky note at what time an event/match/concert/party starts and possibly ends (with slight tolerance for unexpected delays etc.) and put it in a place it will be well seen.
They might still text or call but possibly not as much?
Trust me, arguing that you're already an adult and can do as you please won't help XD.

They're probably showing their care in a wrong way, which can really really be annoying :(

That's a nice advice, next time I really should be leaving a note reminding them :P
