On 1 and 2 August, I attended the PR 2.0 conference cum workshops organised by the Institute of Public Relations of Singapore
(IPRS).

It was a pleasure to meet you too. There are lots of exciting things happening in the new media space and opportunities for publicists, but somehow I sense a divide and a gap that exists. I have some thoughts about this and may put up a post eventually, but it has something to do with the different worlds that old media folks and new media folks exist in.

There is definitely that great "knowledge" divide. Communicators who work in the media space NEED to really step up, move quickly before we are obsolete.
