I'm firmly convinced that once in a while the One who's looking after us hasn't managed to get our attention on a certain thing - and decides that we need a slap upside the head. So we have these near-misses that could have been a good deal worse.
So sorry you had to have the wake-up call. But I'm so glad you're all right. Be kind to yourself today!

Thank you for the hugs. My congregations were very nice to me yesterday - and they just said that they were glad I was okay, rather than telling me off for reckless driving. Which was good.
