Integrating Fandom into my Life

I have a book here, the Poole & Shepherd IMPACT Teachers' Book, published 1967, and it was lent to me by my English teacher. The basic premise of the book is to dictate how to teach students the 'manners of writing'. The preface to this book has a section that caught my eye:

oooh, could you give me the cite info for that quote? What are the full author's names, the page number and the publishing info of the book. I'm tracking down early references to MFU writing and this is perfect!

Sure thing! R. H. Poole and P. J. Shepherd, page 9. Heinemann Educational Books Ltd, London. First published 1967, reprinted 1972 (though by memory, the elder book had the same preface--it was falling at the seams so I took home the newer one)

I was pretty ecstatic when I came across the reference myself. Turned that slow study day right round!
