I went to the doctor again today. At first I thought it was going to be another waste of time but was pleasantly surprised when the doctor turned out to be very knowledgeable. He instructed me in the proper use of my inhaler, asked me to cough as well as breathe deeply during the exam, and gave me a breathing treatment that included steroids.

I really hope you do take some time to rest, and get better. Now I'm worrying about you! The last thing you need is this virus thing getting stronger off your body weakening, and then totally engulfing your immune system. Drink a ton of orange juice and get some antioxidants in you.

I'm really happy you made it to the doctor, dude. I hope you get better soon and I totally understand the work thing but blow off any and all personal stuff. Good luck! :)
