Steph and I have been meaning to go to a comic convention since...forever. We always seemed to miss the ones (one?) in Arizona because we were either busy/lazy or it was too hot. Since the Northwest contains a lot of nerds we were guaranteed to find several conventions, and we jumped on the chance to attend

that is so cool dude! way to nerd it up! Btw, Sean totally plays magic if you ever want him to teach you. He is a supernerd about it...he goes to friday night tournaments with his roommate and asks for ebay giftcards to use on new cards for Christmas from his parents.
It's always awkward meeting people you look up to. I would probably clam up if I met some of my favorite authors. Your pictures are awesome. :)

I will definitely have to ask Sean to teach me! Stuff like that is really fun mostly because of the sense of community.

And I hear you on clamming up around authors. I would feel especially like I couldn't say anything to a writer because they make their living off of words. How could mine compare? Haha.
