I hope you start feeling better dude! The running seems like a good idea. I've always thought about doing that but never saw time or motivation. But everyone who exercises a lot lectures me on how exercise relieves stress so that's definitely a plus. :)
Thanks Kells! Running is pretty great, but apparently there's something about running that our bodies likes so you NEVER WANT TO STOP. I am both amused and frightened by this.
