So I just got approved to move in to a 2 bedroom apt. in Temple City. Rent is $1250 a month. The place is totally cute. The price is the cheapest I've seen too. However, the property managers want $1550 for deposit, plus $50 for the keys, plus $50 for the gate remote, and of course first month's rent. What kind of shit is that?! I can't understand
