okay, what does "c'est tres magnificant, jai voudrais une vacance, mais" mean?

and don't forget, we're all foreigners in our own ways (lost without a path to trace back to something we thought we used to know).

your friend is right, these things are superfluos, because in five years, you won't remember what a dean's list is, and if you do, you sure won't care. it's just nice to tell your parents for now that you have all a's, but really, who gives a shit? it's wise of you to take caution and keep them anyway, things change so much in this country, next year, some one may care. (it might even be you).

oh yeah, also, newsflash: all schools in this country are the same. if you find one school easy, you'll find another easy. the only difference is which schools offer classes you're actually interested in.

Oh the French just means "Excellent! I would like a vacation, but......" and then for some reason I trailed back into anglais.
As for the classes, you seem to have found some interesting ones for next semester.....Russian history sounds good. So will you be braving the ravages of summer classes?
Thats a good choice of words regarding being lost without a path....I hope I can find one soon. Looking back now..it would seem impossible to go home....

oh, sorry i couldn't translate the french- i took six years of latin in high school and now all i can remember is salve=hello and that i'm bad at translations- in any language.

i'm taking just one summer class- public relations. should be easy, we'll see.

i know what you mean about it seeming impossible to go home and my home is only as far as new york. i guess this is why where home is is always changing. and sometimes nowhere feels like home.
