I love this, and I love most espeically that you had Hotch have conflicting imperatives about sleeping with a member of his team. Most people who write this just gloss over or completely ignore the issue entirely, which Hotch would never do anymore than Emily would. But here you made it an issue of what is Good contradicting what is Lawful, and Hotch choosing Good because the benefit/collateral damage ratio was better.

Nicely done.

I'm not really sure that no inter-team romances thing is such a big issue as we are lead to believe in terms of the FBI's POV. But I do think that for Hotch it would be more of an issue of crossing a personal boundary he's lived by, than being afraid of any disciplinary action from the FBI.
