The ocean was where Charlie had always felt at home. But when you live in New York City it's hard to believe you're almost completely surrounded by water. With the large buildings and the vast maze of roads you assume yourself to be more landlocked then anything and for some reason he'd never felt right here and spent most of his time at waters edge anywhere he could trying to never forget that. So when the opportunity arose to co-own a piece of property on Cape Cod he scooped up the chance without even so much as a second thought.
