Well, I've almost sorted out Christmas now.  I'm working Monday-Wednesday at Sykes, then off Thursday-Saturday, working Sunday till 4.  I don't know what I'm working the week of new years yet, but I know I'm off for New Years day, so it'll be something similar.  Possibly on evenings though.  Which would suck but meh ( Read more... )

Well, i've just had a reply to my application to do the PGDE next year.  I have been unsuccessful.  Apparently because I was too late, my application arrived after the shut off date.  Now the reason for this is my Dos took two weeks to write my reference.  
Now why did it take them 4 weeks to reply to my application if it was too late to begin with?
