ok so i got into the school i want to go to. the gary manuel aveda institute. but now my one and nearly impossible task is waiting to bite me in the ass... coming up with a way to pay for the 13k tuition fees. so i looked into loans, and what do you know, i dont qualify. and i talked to my dad and he refuses to co-sign. i'd do the payment plan but
