Health goal update *refuse to call it a diet*

Ok this week I lost 5lbs. Mostly because I was put on a diuretic on Tuesday but it still makes me happy.
I'm still struggling with eating before bed and getting in some sort of exercise everyday. I am making teeny tiny steps towards my goals though!

Good luck! I too eat before bed .. it's my worst and favorite habit. My recommendation is that if you give in and eat, try to make it healthy ... vegetables, for example, or fruit.

YAY! Awesome on the 5 pounds ^_^ even if it was from the diuretic so long as you are not losing it in an unhealthy way (not eating, etc.)

Remember even chasing after rugrats or animals or even cleaning house is exercise ^_^ So I bet you are doing at least one or all of those things here and there ^_^

I can't help but eat before bed =( Now I'll be getting home at 7pm cooking dinner probably eating by 8pm and hopefully in bed no later than 9pm.
