I think I've seen this before, or something like it. It's like a Japanese festival (of lights..) where they all take these special lanterns and let them go in the river at night. They go on this long path.
I don't know where it comes from, but it's really cool.

oh coiol. my neighbour goes to this every year. i was going to go one year but didnt. its the day before my birthday!!.. too bad i wont be here.. have fun though!
