Today's my last day as the President's bodyman. I just...it's weird, you know? This job has given me so much, so much that I'll never be able to give enough thanks for. I'll miss it-but I'm ready for my new job. I'll still be in the building, which is really good.

It's been a long day--a long week actually, and it's only Wednesday. I tihnk Curtis is ready, maybe a couple more days of briefings, but then he'll be ready. I'm ready too. The President finally approved a replacement for me. I'm happy, but at the same time I'm sad. I'm glad to be moving into a new job, one with more responsibility, it's been a long road here--but I'm going to miss sitting at that desk in the outer Oval.
