I had my first wedding gown fitting today. I got to see MY dress! I put it on for the first time--the dress that I will wear when I get married. It was so amazingly gorgeous and I couldn't love it any more. I felt like royalty in it. I never thought I would ever wear anything so beautiful. A thought just occured to me: Who the heck is going to take the task of photographing your wedding?

I felt like royalty in it. ... I can't wait until Mike can see me in it.

I had such a hard time picking a photographer! It took me 1 minute to choose the flowers, 1 minute to choose the cake, and 3 months to choose the photographer. I finally found one that I really liked. She is based near London, and is actually very similar to me. She's really nice and I think we're going to enjoy her. Her photo style is much like my own, so I trust her to photograph our wedding the way that I would do it myself, if I could!

... that my wife had not let me see her in her dress until the actual ceremony. I was standing at the alter when my wife turned the corner with her dad; mark, my best man, leaned forward and jabbed my in the ribs and whispered, "Breath!" She did truely take my breath away.

Keep the mystery and may Mike have to be reminded to "breath".

I wish you could see the matching pink butterfly sandals that we bought her! They will look so cute sticking out from underneath the coat. :)
