I been getting panic attacks since I been "trying" to quit smoking. Trying is the key word here. I am suffering from severe sleep loss, shortness of breathing, and I am extremely paranoid. What should I do? I am haven't been able to stop yawning this whole weekend. UGH

I get really bad bouts of anxiety and panic attacks from time to time, and I just try to get outside and go for walks, or work out with some music going. It calms me down and exercise is good for fixing your mood in general. But whatever it is that makes you most mellow can help to. I find that if I just hold on it goes away on its own too. I hope you feel better soon :)

I used to get panic attacks too. I've been told by doctors that it's better to try to ride through them, but then again, they've never had one!

I used xanax once to quelm my anxiety... It was hard for me to even move I was so nervous... I ended up with migraines everytime I had a panic attack. Know that there are other people suffering, just like you. <3
