Given all the reactions I've seen to Kingsley's post, I guess it's a good thing that I burned that missive before even opening the envelope, isn't it?
Damn it, the charm that the Dark Lord wants is going slower than I would like. I've spent some time at the bank itself, trying to get a feel for the wards but it's hard to do without attracting suspicion. I've also managed to get my hands on reports from when the Philosopher's Stone was stolen from the bank. For Ministry papers, they are surprisingly helpful. Undoubtedly they've changed wards slightly since then, but given that they so nicely put in suggestions on how to improve the wards I should be able to create something that can counter them soon enough.
Time.
There's never enough of it, is there?
I must stop wallowing and keep on working. Besides, I should be cheerier. I finally ran into Skeeter the other day. A few more days and Lupin will hopefully be put out of comission. Oh, how I look forward to that.
